Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. ( This shipment time frame excludes holidays and during high volume of orders. ) 


iDream Artistry is not liable for shipment issues, such as incorrect addresses or lost/stolen/damaged packages once shipped. If you have any concerns about your package, please contact USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please ensure all order information, such as payment type, shipping address, and purchase items, is correct before placing an order. Any errors may result in your package being shipped back to iDream Artistry.


RETURNS/

All sales are final sales. In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective, please contact help@idreamartistry.com 

 

International custom duties & taxes  

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. Your local customs authority determines this charge.
Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for additional customs duty taxes or fees. Custom duty charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For information regarding customs duty taxes in your country, please contact your local postal or customs office. If custom duty taxes and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment fees. International orders that refuse to receive the shipment, pay taxes, or provide an incorrect shipping address will be charged a $150 return fee.
