PRIMER USE
Helps open the lash cuticle for a better lash adhesion.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take 2 micro brushes and spray the primer solution
1-2 times. This will evenly coat the brushes without oversaturating them.
Apply to the natural lashes. Wait 1 minute before starting the lash application.
